Return And Refund Policy

LaDonna Art always hopes that customers will love the product. We regret if the product received did not make you happy. So we accept returns of products through this returns policy. This returns policy applies to all products purchased at ladonnaart.com and all countries.

Cancel an order

Customers refer Modify/Cancel Order to cancel or modify the order if the customer no longer wants the item, or changes their mind about purchasing.

RETURN

Item return conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition.

Return timeframe: The customer has 30 days from the delivery date (as indicated on the tracking number) to request a return.

Return shipping fee: 

LaDonna Art will provide a prepaid label (return label) for return items. Customers do not need to pay the return shipping fee.

Restock fee: No restocking fee

Return method: LaDonna Art accepts returns via mail.

To initiate a return, the customer should send an email to support@ladonnaart.com with the order number and a photo of the item showing the problem. LaDonna Art will review the case and provide a return label via email. Customers should carefully pack the item and send it to the above return address.

Notice of receipt of return: LaDonna Art will send an email notification upon receipt of the returned item. Customers should wait for the review department to assess the condition of the item before expecting a refund.

REFUND

Once LaDonna Art has received the returned item, and the returned item meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund of the item price. If a problem occurs with all items in your order, you will receive a full refund of the invoice value including shipping costs.

Refund timeline: 

Once LaDonna Art receives the refund request, it will take 1-2 business days to process and notify the customer of the approval or denial of the refund request via email. In the case of an approved request, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days.

Method of refund: LaDonna Art will refund the customer via their original payment method or to their debit/credit card within 3-4 business days of receiving the letter of acceptance of the refund request.

Late or missing refund: If the refund has not been received within 3-4 business days, the customer should first check their bank account, and then contact their debit/credit card issuer and bank. If the refund still cannot be located, the customer should contact LaDonna Art via email at support@ladonnaart.com for further instructions.
