After a successful order, the customer may change their mind to purchase because purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item… LaDonna Art is ready to support customers to cancel or modify orders.
Customer have the option to cancel or make changes to their order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond that time frame, the order will commence processing and send it to the carrier for shipping, so we can’t cancel or modify the order.
To modify or cancel your order, please send a request via email to support@ladonnaart.com within 24 hours of placing your order including your order number, and the specific changes or cancellations you would like to make. Ideally, you should send an order cancel/modify request from the purchase email.
Upon processing your request, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: It’s important to keep in mind that changes made to an order may impact its delivery timeline.
